On Friday, January 18, Sarah French, reporter and host of WHDH’s The Dish met with three Girl Scouts at Camp Cedar Hill in Waltham to make Thin Mint™ Gooey Cake bars.
French worked with Girl Scouts Kasey Cook of Reading, Collette Soucy of Georgetown and Soleil DaSilva of Methuen to create the dish. What makes the recipe extra special is it includes Thin Mints Girl Scout cookies, which are now on sale until March 12. The segment will air this Thursday, January 24th on the CW56 at 10 pm and then again on WHDH Channel 7 on Friday, January 25 at 9 am, 12 noon and 5:30 pm.
