LIVEWIRES COFFEE & MORE: CHAIR YOGA

Yoga instructor Katherine Bicer leads gentle seated stretches and relaxation techniques. This class is designed to move you safely through poses to ease sore muscles and release tension, ending with a short guided meditation to encourage mental clarity. It is safe and suitable for everyone.

This program is presented by LiveWires – Lifelong Learning in the Library. This event is free of charge, thanks to generosity of the Friends of the Reading Public Library.
