Nutrition expert Anna Tourkakis, author of Delicious Simplicity: Recipes for Today’s Busy Life, is back by popular demand to help us stick to our New Year’s plan. Anna will prepare an easy-to-follow typical day’s menu with a focus on foods which maximize well-being, energy level and a healthy weight.
