Trying to raise money for a "Rock the Mall" Girl Scout gathering in Washington, DC, Reading Girl Scout Troop 71290, is offering a special Valentine's Day promotion.

The girl's are offering up roses (and delivery of said roses) to those who participate on V-Day. The girls scouts are also offering balloon's with a cute teddy bear attached.
