Reading Co-operative Bank Announced Nancy A. Brown As New Branch Manager of North Reading Office

Reading Co-operative Bank welcomes Nancy A. Brown as the new Branch Manager of the North Reading Branch. In this role she will be in charge of the overall Management of the North Reading Branch including working with employees and providing customer service.

“We work as a team and together we will get it done. Working as an employee at RCB has showed me the importance of Customer Service and Community Involvement,” says Brown regarding her commitment to Reading Co-operative Bank.

“Nancy’s previous experience as a Financial Services Manager has been very helpful when taking over the Branch Manager position at North Reading,” says Julieann Thurlow, President and CEO.

Prior to RCB, she worked at People’s United Bank, formerly known as Danversbank. As the Financial Services Manager, she was responsible for the overall management of branch sales, service, customer relationship building, portfolio growth and profitability of the branch.

Nancy has been living in Wilmington for 22 years along with her 2 children, Christina, a Junior at Western New England University and Anthony, a freshman at Lasell College. Brown enjoys cooking (mostly Italian dishes), speaks, reads, and writes Italian, and loves volunteering at community events.
