The Reading Health Division will be providing seasonal flu vaccinations at the Killam School cafeteria on Wednesday, October 3, from 2:30pm  until 4:30 pm for adults 18 years and older. We ask that you bring your insurance cards so that we may be reimbursed for the vaccinations.

The accepted insurances are:

• Medicare Part B
• Harvard Pilgrim
• Tufts Health Plan
• Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts (please check your card)
• UniCare
• Health New England
• Neighborhood Health Plan
• Fallon
• MassHealth 

The fee for the vaccination without one of the accepted insurances is $10. Please do not get a flu vaccination if you are allergic to eggs or any other component of the flu vaccine. Please wear short-sleeved shirts. If you wish to complete the paperwork in advance, consent forms are available on the Reading Health Department website. Please call 781-942-9061 with questions.
