Reading Co-operative Bank announced Nancy Najmi, science teacher at Reading Memorial High School, is the winner of a $1,000 gift card to purchase supplies for her science department.

"With a student-run retail banking branch in Reading Memorial High School, we can see how far a donation like this can go to better the education of the students in our community," said Julieann Thurlow, Bank President & CEO. 

"It is a very generous prize for which we in the Science Department are truly grateful," said Nancy. "We are looking forward to perusing for materials that will be helpful to our instruction in all of our science courses. I thank the Reading Co-operative Bank for giving back to the community through this direct donation to teachers to use for educational materials," said Nancy.
