One year ago today, Hurricane Irene caused damage as she made her way up the East Coast.
Hurricane Irene was downgraded to a Tropical Storm before she hit Reading and North Reading, but her rain and strong winds still managed to shake up the towns. Severe weather caused damage to power-lines and houses in the area.
