Attempted Break-in at Sam's Bistro

The following is an excerpt from the Reading Police Department log from Friday through Sunday. The information is open to the public.
Arrests
At 10:47 a.m. Sunday, as the result of a motor vehicle stop on Walkers Brook Drive, Nicolas O. Morales, 40, of 177 North Common, Lynn was arrested on charges of unlicensed operation and no inspection sticker.
Friday, Sept. 28
- At 7:18 a.m., a caller reported a car accident on Woburn Street. No injuries were reported.
- At 8:52 p.m., a caller reported an unwanted guest. The guest was sent on his way.
- At 10:16 a.m., a Summit Drive resident reported that a set of luggage and two bikes were stolen from his storage area.
- At 7:42 p.m., a caller reported a car accident on Main Street. No injuries were reported.
Saturday, Sept. 29
- At 10:22 a.m., a caller reported a car accident on Walkers Brook Drive. The injuries were unknown.
- At 11:55 a.m., a caller reported that a car hit a stop sign on High Street and drove away.
- At 1:36 p.m., a caller reported that a customer did not pay for gas on Main Street. It was an oversight and the customer will call the station and pay for the gas.
- At 2:17 p.m., a caller reported that his cast iron stove on his front lawn was tipped over.
- At 5:39 p.m., a caller reported a car accident on Main Street. No injuries were reported.
- At 8:31 p.m., a caller reported a car accident on Main Street. No injuries were reported.
Sunday, Sept. 30
- At 2:08 a.m., a caller reported a loud house party on Martin Road. Police spoke to the homeowner who said he would take it inside for the night.
- At 9:12 a.m., the owner of Sam's Bistro reported that someone tried to break in overnight. There were pry marks on the back door.
- At 10:16 a.m., a caller reported a car accident on Woburn Street. No injuries were reported.
- At 12:29 p.m., a caller reported a car accident on Main Street. No injuries were reported.
- At 8:21 p.m., a caller reported a fight on Grand Street. Three males were yelling and hitting each other. Police responded and the issue was resolved.

Who would want to break in to SAMs Bistro? I couldn't get out of there fast enough a few weeks ago, one of the poorest placest to eat in the area!
