- Starbucks Coffee, Reading: Christie Lotti Proctor said, "Starbucks salted caramel hot chocolate. Sweet and salty!"
- Dunkin Donuts, Reading: Jody Beighley said, "Dunkins on Main Street next to TD Bank cause their hot chocolate dosent taste like water."
- Dunkin Donuts, North Reading: Randi DeLoreto chose Dunkins in North Reading. "I like Dunkin Donuts hot chocolate," she said. Virginia Daniel said, "Dunkin donuts. I haven't ordered it from Heav'nly yet!"

Honestly, Dunkin Donuts? Starbucks? Come on. It's like, just shop at the big box stores for your hot cacao, right? LA Burdick used to be cool but they've lost their edge and sold out. There's a few spots I could tell you about but you've probably never heard of them. Too obscure. But really, I mean, it's all in the melting, you know? Like, where's the SOUL? You just need a good barista who can melt the cacao just right and make sure nothing is lost in the transformation. I mean, come on! We can all just go to "Dunkins" and listen to our MP3s, but honestly... give me good hot cacao and vinyl records and it's the only warmth I need all winter, you know?
