Best of Patch Winner: Di Cara's Deli Makes Best Sandwiches, Readers Say
Reading Patch readers spoke and said Di Cara's Deli on Main Street makes the best sandwiches in town.

In our inaugural "Best of Patch" contest Di Cara's Deli came in first for making the best sandwiches in town..
The deli received 71 votes or 29 percent of the votes cast in our unscientific poll. Patch user Lisa summed it up best when she wrote a review on the deli's directory listing saying, "I love their Italian Subs!! Best in town!"
Also mentioned as making good sandwiches were Gregory's Restaurant (30 votes), Last Corner Restaurant (22 votes), Bagel World Bakery and Deli (20 votes), and Green Tomato (17 votes).
Another fan of Di Cara's, Glen B., wrote: "DiCara's Deli has the freshest/best ingredients in town... I drive across town just to get the prosciutto & mozzarella sub."
Meanwhile, Patch user, John, claimed the best roast beef sandwich in town is made by the Last Corner Restaurant.
