Five Things to Do This Weekend

Zombie Prom, the middle school dance and chili fest are all on tap this weekend.

 

Looking for something to do this weekend? Here are some ideas:

ZOMBIE PROM
Where/when: High school, Friday and Saturday at 7:30 p.m.
Why go: Watch a great play and support the Masquers Club.

THIRD ANNUAL CHILI FEST
Where/when: North Reading Masonic Lodge, Saturday at 3 p.m.
Why go: Socialize, sample chili and watch the contestants compete in the chili fest. A $10 donation per contestant will secure participation and table space. Contact Paul Schieding at 781-760-7047 for more information.

MCDONALD'S APPRECIATION EVENT
Where/when: McDonald's, Saturday between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. 
Why go: Receive a free Happy Meal with the purchase of a regular sized Extra Value Meal, and enjoy Balloon Art with the talented Silly Willy.

BARK N' ROLL'S SCHOOL OF ROCK GRAND OPENING
Where/when: Bark n' Roll, 24c Main St., Saturday at 10 a.m. 
Why go: See the ribbon cutting at 11:30 a.m. Bring your dog for some yummy treats and meet all the members of Team Bark n' Roll. Enter in a raffle for a chance to win free enrollment in a class.

MIDDLE SCHOOL DANCE
Where/when: North Reading Moose Lodge, Friday at 7 p.m.  
Why go: The Bring Back the 4th Committee is sponsoring a middle school dance. Tickets are $10 and will be sold at the door. Refreshments will be available for purchase.
