Five Things to Know Today: May 2

Your guide to Reading and North Reading today.

 

Today is Wednesday, May 2. Here are five things you need to know today:

1. Bring an umbrella. Expect some showers today. The temperature will reach 59 degrees in the afternoon and drop to 43 overnight.

2. Reading EDC. The EDC will meet at Reading Town Hall. They will meet in the Berger Room at 7 p.m.

3. North Reading Middle School Council. The middle school council will meet at North Reading Middle School at 2:45 p.m. Agenda items include collecting homework survey results and to finish reviewing SIP 2011-2012.

4. Bingo. Stop by the Edith A. O'Leary Senior Center to play bingo. The game starts at 1:15 p.m.

5. Reading Tennis. The Reading girls tennis team will play Arlington at Reading Memorial High School. The game starts at 3:30 p.m.

I believe it is Economic Development Committee.
