Five Things to Know Today: May 24

Today is Thursday, May 24. Here are five things you need to know today:

1. The weather. The temperature will reach 72 degrees today and drop to 54 in the evening. Expect some showers and a chance of thunderstorms.

2. Reading Zoning Board of Appeals. The Zoning Board of Appeals will meet at Reading Town Hall at 7 p.m. The continuation of a Public Hearing on the petition of Steven L. Cicatelli who wants a variance under Section 5.0 of the zoning bylaws to construct a new single family residential home on Mount Vernon Street is on the agenda.

3. Stump Trivia. Stop by the Great American Tavern for Stump Trivia at 8 p.m. Did you know that they have a new breakfast menu?

4. The Diary of Anne Frank. The Diary of Anne Frank will be performed by the Quannapowitt Players at the Quannapowitt Playhouse at 8 p.m. Tickets are $18.

5. Women's Night Out. The Women's Night Out will benefit Creative Arts. The night out will be at Rada Boutique in Wakefield from 5 to 8 p.m.
