Today is Tuesday, April 3. Here are five things you need to know today:
1. The weather. Expect sunny skies today with a high of 55 degrees. The temperature will drop to 41 overnight.
2. Reading Board of Assessors. The Board of Assessors will meet at 7 p.m. at Reading Town Hall.
3. North Reading Secondary Schools Building Committee. The Secondary Schools Building Committee will meet at the high school at 6:30 p.m. The superintendent's report and chairman's report are both items on the agenda.
4. Paint and Wine at Look What I Made. Stop by Look What I Made for their first adult Paint and Wine workshop. Bring your own wine and snacks. The cost is $50.
5. Beyond SEO workshop. Own a business and want more customers to find your website? Attend a workshop at Reading Memorial High School at 7 p.m. The workshop will teach you ways to allow potential customers to find you online and will share best practices relating to navigation and layout, how to make your website experience more user-focused, techniques for creating an integrated online presence and more.
