Warren lied about her heritage, that is a fact that not even she can prove false. In my opinion it's she did it to advance her career. Does integrity mean anything to progressive like yourself?

If you care to hear the facts, which you probably don't, please continue reading: Warren simply repeated what she had been told by her parents and grandparents about her ancestry. That is what we all do, when we relate information that is passed onto us by our family. Who as a teenager or young adult, particularly at that time before the Internet, would be able to do any independent research on their ancestry?

There is absolutely NO evidence anywhere that any claims about her heritage affected in any way any part of her career. She won a debate scholarship to George Washington University, then transferred to the University of Houston when she got married; she got her JD at Rutgers Law School, practiced law on her own, then taught at Rutgers, Houston, Michigan, Texas, Penn and finally HLS. as a lawyer. She is a brilliant woman. Her academic career speaks for itself. Perhaps you are jealous becuase your education is so lacking? I don't know.

Your continuing efforts to defame her and the institutions for which she worked prove a lot more about you than they do her or those institutions.

Imagine if Romney claimed Mexican heritage. With a parent being born in Mexico, he is more Mexican then Prof. Warren is Native American.

In my honest opinion, Elizabeth Warren in a woman of exceedingly high intergrity and high intellect. I believe she will represent the Commonwealth of Massachsuetts in the United States Senate much better than the Mr. Brown. She cares for the ordinary individual and is not in the pocket of bug business. I would not enter this discussion, except that Mr. Brown Mr. Brown is not the independant thinker he presented himself to the voters of Massachusetts in the special election. He has repeatedly proven he cares for big business.

It is a sad state of affairs, that the only negatives one can state about Ms. Warren is family history. I am sure Nancy and Mr. White have family anectdotes that they believe to be truthful and if were to be scrutinized in this day and age of the internet would be found to be false.

Funny, while reading Mr. White's comments above (did my best Joe the Fraud copy & paste job, see below) all I could think of was Joe the Fraud and his lack of credibilty, Joe and Liz appartently have a lot in common (heritage issues aside of course).
