UPDATE: Two Charged Following Thursday's Shooting

Two shots fired; no one hurt.

Following , police have arrested and charged a boyfriend and girlfriend with a string of offences in connection to their domestic disturbance.

The shooting occurred at 92 Bancroft Avenue at about 12:10 p.m., Thursday. Police said nobody was hurt as a result of the discharge and that officers quickly brought the situation under control.

The department charged Sherry Hale, 38, with carrying a firearm without a license, possession of a firearm without identification, two counts of discharging a firearm within 500 feet of a building, possession of a firearm while intoxicated and armed assault with intent to murder.

The department also charged Richard Currier, 45, the home’s resident, with possession of marijuana with in intent to distribute it within 1,000 feet of a school zone, illegal possession of a class D substance, and manufacturing, distributing and dispensing a class D substance.

Both were held on $2,500 bail.
