They should take that parcel, connect it to the dump next to it and develop it into something. A diner would be nice. Anything useable, really, would be an improvement. Why does the town allow those parcels to become so rundown?

A west-side fire station. Start with an unmanned station, place an engine company in that building, and off-duty firefighters can respond from that location.
