What’s the Best Neighborhood for Trick-or-Treating in Reading and North Reading?

What area is known for going 'all out' for Halloween? Where can a kid with an insatiable sweet tooth clean up?

In any town, there are always those streets and neighborhoods known for great trick-or-treating – “King-Size” candy (which actually no longer exists), high participation rate among houses, doors close together, decorations, lots of other kids and maybe a haunted house or two.

What are these streets and neighborhoods in Reading and North Reading?

Well, not my neighborhood, apparently. No kids as of 7:30 PM. Wasn't that long ago that we'd be in the 50s by now.
