DESCRIPTION:Openings are still available for those looking to exercise an
 d expand their creativity and imagination this summer! Creative Arts is 
 exploding with new programming and opportunities for kids as young as 3 
 years old all the way to adults and seniors wanting to keep young at hea
 rt.\nFor those 3-6 years old\, the options include morning &ldquo\;Mini 
 Masters&rdquo\; camps focusing on a different theme each week to explore
  various mediums with New Hampshire Artist Dayna Spinner\, or the NEW &l
 dquo\;Mini Musician&rdquo\; camps in the afternoon of select weeks with 
 Boston Percussionist Jennie Dorris.\nBoston Artist Nedret Andre is back 
 by popular demand to lead the 6-12 year olds in &ldquo\;Art Adventures&r
 dquo\; camps. Some exciting new camp themes include &ldquo\;Art Games &a
 mp\; Inventions&rdquo\; and a large scale sculpture camp called &ldquo\;
 Transforming the Ordinary.&rdquo\;\nAnd of course the ever sought after 
 musical camp program is back again in our North Reading location! Theatr
 e Director Kelly Walsh of North Andover will be leading the big musical\
 , &ldquo\;Alice in Wonderland&rdquo\; (ages 8-16)\, the mini musical\, &
 ldquo\;Jungle Book&rdquo\; (ages 6-13)\, and a hysterical comedy for the
  older kids (ages 10-16). A musical theatre workshop week has also been 
 added in our Reading location under the direction of Theatre Instructor 
 Corey Philips of Reading and Vocalist Andrea Loretz-Frey of Everett. &nb
 sp\;&nbsp\;\nSome very special NEW workshops have also been added to the
  afternoon program\, 3:30-5:30pm\, for ages 6-12. These specialized work
 shops can be combined with camps to round out the day or taken by themse
 lves. The workshops\, as described below\, include &ldquo\;Sing Play &am
 p\; Rock!\,&rdquo\; &ldquo\;Drum Circle\,&rdquo\; &ldquo\;Vocal Ensemble
 \,&rdquo\; and &ldquo\;Creative Writing &amp\; Poetry.&rdquo\;\nNew York
  Guitarist Billy Janiszewski will help students learn and grow as young 
 musicians in &ldquo\;Sing\, Play\, and Rock!&rdquo\; In addition to a va
 riety of fun and educational musical activities\, students will also lis
 ten to and discuss daily examples of rock music\, including repertoire b
 y The Beatles and Bob Marley.\nBoston Percussionist Jennie Dorris will e
 xplore the power of drum circle rhythms with budding drummers in the &ld
 quo\;Drum   Circle&rdquo\; Workshop. Students will not only have fun\, b
 ut also learn how drumming is a great form of creativity and communicati
 on.\nLong-time Vocal Instructor at Creative Arts\, Andrea Loretz-Frey\, 
 will lead a &ldquo\;Vocal Ensemble Workshop&rdquo\; for ages 6-12 and fo
 r teen ages 13+. Students will have a blast singing together while learn
 ing the basics necessary for greater musicianship.\nIn addition to being
  a great percussionist\, Jennie Dorris is also a professional writer and
  will lead &ldquo\;Creative Writing &amp\; Poetry.&rdquo\; This workshop
  will allow students to unleash their creativity through fun\, fast writ
 ing prompts that get you &ldquo\;un-stuck&rdquo\; and ready to write sto
 ries and poetry all week!\nTo round off the summer offerings\, Creative 
 Arts also has a weekly Drawing Studio for ages 10-16 with Artist Jenny W
 alker of Salem MA\, a Plein Air Painting Workshop for pre-teens\, teens 
 &amp\; adults with Painter Dennis Hart of Methuen\, a one-day Figure Wor
 kshop with Artist Dennis Hart\, and an intergenerational (ages 8-adults)
  Digital Photography Composition workshop with Artist Jenny Walker. And 
 of course private music lessons for all ages and abilities on almost all
