This is our fit to hit class for men and woman. Come as a single or bring a date, become a better fit.

Singles, $10 per class. Come when you can, pay when you come.

Couples $ 15 per class

Our two person and solo drills will keep you fit and safeguard you against any habitual act of violence.

Standing or on the ground

Fitness program will keep you strong, flexible and agile.

Self defense program will target

Defense against the 36 habitual acts of violence most commonly use used against us. 

You will be taught solo and two person drills that that are super effective and safe to practice at any speed without injury to you or the person you are working with.
