This lively, interactive program will review how to make healthy choices during this holiday season. This program will also discuss ways in which we can cut calories and add in some extra “steps” along the way to keep us moving and keep us healthy –

Reading Elder/Human Services' goal is to help seniors live meaningful lives of dignity, enjoyment and useful purpose. It seeks to improve and enrich the lives of seniors with opportunities to be independent, celebrate life and reach their fullest potential. It also offers a variety of programs.
