PROGRAM CURRICULUM
- SELF DEFENSE AGAINST SINGLE OR MULTIPLE ATTACKS; STANDING OR ON THE GROUND.
- HOW TO RECOGNIZE AND DEAL WITH THE NEGATIVITY OF PEER PRESSURE & BULLYING.

He is a great teacher and my daughter and I go to this free 1 and then we will move onto his classes he teaches adults and children great techniques and the stretching is great. great pay as you come in. I never thought I would being doing this stuff but I love it more than a gym.
