Join Kelli LaVita for 60 minutes of Zumba (R) Gold Fitness. This class is for the older or deconditioned adult who is looking for a workout that is fun, easy to follow and will get their heart pumping! All levels and ages are welcome! Only $5 a class! Class age ranges each week from 30-95! Kelli encourages participants to go at their own pace! She's been teaching for almost 5 years and her clients love coming to class each week for the exercise AND the community support! Join us Wednesdays at 1:30 and Mondays at 9:15am.

Reading Elder/Human Services' goal is to help seniors live meaningful lives of dignity, enjoyment and useful purpose. It seeks to improve and enrich the lives of seniors with opportunities to be independent, celebrate life and reach their fullest potential. It also offers a variety of programs.
