Business Holds Grand Opening Celebration on Saturday

Here's a look at some exciting events happening in the coming days in Reading and beyond.

The weekend is here and there are plenty of things to do in Reading and the surrounding area in the upcoming days.

Haunted House: Looking to get in the Halloween spirit? You can head to Tewksbury's Merrimack Valley Pavilion on Friday from 7-11 p.m. or Sunday from 5-7 p.m. for a haunted house that costs just $5.

Grand Opening: Raspberry Beret celebrates the grand opening of its new location, which will be located at 587 Main Street. The celebration lasts from 11 a.m.-6 p.m. on Saturday and there will be music, a jewelry raffle, coupons, and refreshments. Raspberry Beret is a boutique offering a variety of high end and vintage items.

Saturday Football: The Reading High School football team gets back to work on Saturday in Lexington. The locals are 2-1 on the season and look to continue their quest towards a state championship. The Rockets kick off at 1 p.m. this weekend.
