Austin Prep helps keep teen's 'star' shining bright
The National Junior Honor Society at Austin Preparatory School in Reading donated money to This Star Won't Go Out, a foundation that raises money for families who have a child or teen with cancer.
It was founded by the family of a Massachusetts girl who died from cancer and inspired the author of the book, “The Fault In Our Stars.”
The students raised $500 by hosting a bake sale and selling This Star Won’t Go Out bracelets.
