Flu Shots Available at Reading Fall Street Faire

Take care of receiving your annual flu shot the easy way!! The Reading Health Division will be providing seasonal flu vaccinations at the Fall Street Faire on Sunday, September 8th, starting at noon for adults 18 years and older. We ask that you bring your insurance cards so that we may be reimbursed for the vaccinations.

 

The accepted insurances are:

  • Harvard Pilgrim
  • Tufts Health Plan
  • Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts (please check your card)
  • UniCare
  • Health New England
  • Neighborhood Health Plan

  • MassHealth
  • Aetna
  • United Health Care
  • Cigna
  • Celticare
  • Network Health

The fee for the vaccination without one of the accepted insurances is $10. Please do not get a flu vaccination if you are allergic to eggs or any other component of the flu vaccine. Please wear short-sleeved shirts. Please call 781-942-9061 with questions.
