How Many Millionaires Live in Reading?
Tax returns from 2011 show that one out of every 853 Reading residents filed a million-dollar tax return.
Forty-five Reading residents filed million-dollar tax returns in 2011, an increase from 29 filed in 2010.
That means that one out of every 853 residents filed a million-dollar return, reported the Boston Business Journal.
Reading is just short of the Massachusetts average by community, which was 51, but significantly higher than the state median, which was 14.
