The North Reading Historical and Antiquarian Society is having their 18th annual Apple Festival on Saturday, Sept. 15 on the grounds of the Rev. Daniel Putnam House, 27 Bow St., from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Rain date is Sept. 16.
Crafters, vendors, children’s games and pony rides, entertainment, apple pie contest, silent art auction, art raffle, apple pie and ice cream, Historical Society merchandise and lunch will be available all day.
