Former Valerie’s Bridal Salon May Become Office and Retail Space

New owners have taken over the former Valerie’s Bridal Salon at 258 Main St. The owners are in the process of working on their site plan review to submit to the Community Development and Planning Commission, according to Staff Planner Jessie Wilson.

The owners plan to propose a “mixed use building,” Wilson said. Part of the building will be used for office space and part will be used for retail space. They also plan to open a restaurant in the building.

Right now, they do not have any specific tenants in mind because they are early on in the planning process, Wilson said.

Wilson expects to see the site plan review soon, which will provide more detail on the building.
