The 22,000 square foot facility offers 74 free group fitness classes, a cardio deck, weight room, a separate women's work out area and kids classes. The bathrooms have lockers, showers, a steam room and sauna. Tanning, massage, martial arts classes, array of speciality classes, and kids birthday parties are available at additional fees.
RAC has certified personal trainers who are available for one to one fitness programs, and childcare is also available seven days a week.

Group Fitness classes are held mornings and evenings and include aeorobics, muscle conditioning, cardio kickboxing, cycling, Zumba and Pilates.
Due to the huge popularity of Zumba, McCarthy said the club will being adding classes and opening it up to non members for $8/class.
"As a single gym facility we can cater to our members. For example if a group of moms wanted their own class during our slower time, 12-4, we could arrange it."she said.
McCarthy explained that they are community oriented and have done a lot with town of Reading.
