New England Real Estate Journal reported that Linear Retail Properties refinanced six properties in Massachusetts for $50.65 million, including 345 Main St. in Reading.
Of this property portfolio, more than 95 percent of it includes strong national tenants such as Dunkin' Donuts, Panera Bread and CVS.
