$1 from every cup sold will be donated to local children's hospitals.

Dunkin’ Donuts announced that Wednesday, May 21 is not only Iced Coffee Day in Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire, but that those participating will be doing so for a great cause - every dollar from every cup of iced coffee sold that day will benefit Boston Children’s Hospital and Children’s Hospital at Dartmouth-Hitchcock.

The company says local franchises are committed to serving their communities by supporting children’s hospitals

“At Dunkin’ Donuts, we’re dedicated to supporting children’s health in our communities and we are excited to raise money to benefit some of the most prestigious children’s hospitals in the area with our Iced Coffee Day,” said Patty Healy, Field Marketing Director, New England Region at Dunkin’ Brands in a statement.  “With the help of our loyal and generous guests, our goal is to potentially raise hundreds of thousands of dollars, which will benefit both Boston Children’s Hospital and Children’s Hospital at Dartmouth-Hitchcock (CHaD) and support the health and well-being of the children and families in the area.”
