Depending on when you're reading this, Thanksgiving Dinner hasn't even hit the table yet, and we know you're already thinking about Christmas shopping.
Why do we know that? Because advertisers have already pushed Christmas-themed commercials at us, and even I (someone who often does most of his shopping on Christmas Eve) am thinking about holiday shopping.
