Where/When: Candlewood Lanes, 35 Main St. Friday, Saturday or Sunday from noon to 6:15 p.m.

Why go: Have fun bowling and get some exercise.

Cost: $10 for 30 minutes per lane.

ZUMBA CLASS

MEDITATION RETREAT
