Five Things to Do This Weekend

Dads and donuts, family ice skating and more to do this weekend.

Looking for something to do this weekend? Here are some ideas:

DADS AND DONUTS
Where/when: Flint Memorial Library, Saturday at 10 a.m. 
Why go: Enjoy story time and sweet treats at the library. Mothers and other caregivers are also welcome. 

FAMILY ICE SKATING
Where/when: Burbank Ice Arena, Sunday at 6 p.m.  
Why go: Have fun skating at the Burbank Arena. The cost is $5 for adults and $4 for children. Skate Rentals are $4.

GAME NIGHT
Where/when: Recreation Center at Ipswich River Park, Friday at 6 p.m.
Why go: Drop your elementary age kids off for an evening of fun games and lego play. The cost is $8 per person and a snack and drink are included. Call 978-664-6016 or log onto www.northreadingma.gov to register.

ADULT RUNNING INTEREST GROUP
Where/when: Memorial Park, Saturday at 7 a.m.  
Why go: Join other residents for a recreational four to five mile run and get a head start on losing those extra holiday pounds.

WINE TASTING
Where/when: Busa Wine & Spirits, Friday at 4 p.m.
Why go: Try some different wines and find your new favorite.
