Today is Wednesday, Feb. 22. Here are five things you need to know:

1. The weather. Expect sunny skies today with a high of 53 degrees. The temperature will drop to 34 in the evening.

2. Breast Cancer Fundraiser. Paint some pottery today at Look What I Made. Tell them you are there for the fundraiser and 20 percent of your sale will go to the Breast Cancer 3-Day for the Cure.

3. Parks and Recreation. It's school vacation week, and Parks and Recreation still has openings in their Creative Sampler course today and Pizza and Fun Day tomorrow. Call or visit their Web site to register.

4. Land Utilization Committee. The Land Utilization Committee will meet at Town Hall at 7:30 p.m. Fundraising for the wine social and walking trails are two items on the agenda.
