A Matter of Balance Workshop
An 8 week session meet every Tuesday, Oct 1st
thru Nov 18th., at
9:30- 11:30am. Designed to reduce
the fear of falling and to view falls as controllable. It also helps you
increase activity levels. Each session includes a discussion and exercises to
improve your balance, flexibility and overall strength. A min of 6 people is required
