Community Corner

Festival of Trees

Kick off your holiday season on December 1st and 2nd by visiting Reading’s 11th annual Festival of Trees, a winter wonderland of decorated Holiday Trees donated by local families, organizations, businesses and schools that visitors can win for themselves!

Sponsored by the Reading Education Foundation (REF), this signature fundraiser is a wonderful community holiday tradition for adults and children of all ages.

In addition to over 45 uniquely decorated trees, visitors can enjoy face painting, storybook readings, cookie decorating, a scavenger hunt, a silent auction, raffles for a new iPad and American Girl Doll, and performances by area musicians and choruses. Pizza, popcorn and drinks will be available for purchase.
