Girl Power is a program designed to get girls 1st through 5th grade excited about being strong, self-confident, independent and healthy.
During this 2-hour workshop girls will learn tools to remind them that they are amazing! Girl Power Instructor, Kerry Kilduff teaches participants various types of fitness, which helps them discover their “inner” athlete! Kickboxing, yoga, boot camp, plyometric work and the importance of stretching for good health are just some of the fun active segments within the Girl Power program.

The girls will actively participate in discussions/role playing that emphasize essential life skills on topics such as:

“The Power of You”
“Feeling good about yourself”
“Peer Pressure and how to deal with it”
“How to choose good friends”
“Developing healthy eating habits that will last a lifetime”
and much more!
