Livewires Coffee & More: Qigong for Health & Relaxation

10:00 a.m. (refreshments & socializing at 9:30)

Certified yoga instructor Allison Sloan of Finding Inner Peace will teach this traditional Chinese practice which integrates simple physical postures, breathing technique, and focused intention. This gentle practice boosts health, relaxation, and positive energy and may be done by people of many physical abilities.
