Kabat-Zinn in 1979 at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center. This 9-session
program, led by Cindy Gittleman, includes guided instruction in mindfulness
meditation practices and concepts, gentle mindful yoga stretching, group
discussions, daily home practice assignments and materials, including four
