The Reading Health Department
will be providing seasonal flu vaccinations for adults 18 years and older on Saturday, September 27, 2014 at Coolidge Middle School between 9-1030 am. We
ask that you bring your insurance cards so that we may be reimbursed for the
vaccinations.
The accepted insurances are:
- Aetna
- Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts (please check your card)
- Celticare
- Cigna
- Fallon
- Harvard Pilgrim
- UniCare
- Health New England
- MassHealth
- Medicare Part B
- Neighborhood Health Plan
- Network Health
- Tufts Health Plan
- United Healthcare
The fee for the vaccination without one of the accepted insurances is $10. Please do not get a flu vaccination if you are allergic to eggs or any other component of the flu vaccine.
