Cheerleaders Seek Community Donations for National Championship Trip
Reading's Pop Warner D Team is participating in the national championship competition for the first time.
The Reading Pop Warner D Cheerleading Team is heading to compete in the national championship. And it's not too late for you to help them with their trip.
According to an online fundraiser on GoFundMe.com, the Reading Pop Warner cheerleaders are making their first ever trip to this national competition in Florida, starting this weekend.
The team is seeking some community assistance to offset some of the costs, according to the page.
"It is a very exciting time for the girls and all of us. But it is also very expensive," said Rose Brennan Torello, who started the page. "Any amount helps! Thank you in advance for your generosity!"
