UPDATE: Citizens Bank Computer System Back Up
Citizens Bank, which has locations in North Reading, fixed a problem with their computer system today.
Citizens Bank, which has , was able to get its computer system up and running after it went down at locations throughout Massachusetts, according to customers' tweets on Twitter Friday morning.
The bank's Twitter account, @CitizensBank, sent out apologies to its affected customers and is trying to remedy the situation.
"Sorry for your experience," tweeted the bank. "We're aware of the issue and working to resolve it."
