The Week Ahead: Plenty to Do During School Vacation

With Star Wars and American Girl Dolls.

With school vacation this week, groups have scheduled a lot of events all over town.

While the calendar includes a handful of kid-centric events early in the week—with a Beauty and the Beast screening on Wednesday and a lcaol writer speaking on Tuesday—the real sweet spot this week is Friday. By then, when the kids are starting to get itchy with cabin fever, Reading will host a Star Wars LEGO event, a Children’s Concert and a doll-dressing workshop.
