The Week Ahead: Yankee Brigade Ships Out

And a Valentine's Day celebration at the Senior Center.

If you can find the time for it on Tuesday morning, try to attend the Yankee Brigade deployment ceremony at Reading Memorial High School. Given that the soldiers from Camp Curtis Guild are shipping out for a tour of duty, it could be a while before you see them again. And, it would be nice to wish them luck during their time oversees.

As a bonus, Gov. Deval Patrick and Sen. Scott Brown are scheduled to attend the event, and the brigade will be presented with custom sweatshirts paid for with money donated by you, the residents of Reading.
