Arrest Warrant Issued for North Reading Resident

 have obtained an arrest warrant for David Sanchez, 36, of 20 Chestnut St. on the charge of a subsequent offense of distribution of Heroin.

The arrest warrant, issued on Friday by the Woburn District Court, was the result of an investigation into the distribution of Heroin within North Reading, police said.

In April of this year, Sanchez  with a series of residential break-ins. He was charged with breaking and entering in the daytime with intent to commit a felony, receiving stolen property over $250, wanton destruction of property over $250 and attempt to commit a crime (breaking and entering in the daytime with intent to commit a felony). 

This case is still open and Sanchez may see additional charges. The Text-a-Tip program was very useful in this case, police said.
