Subsequent arrest for distribution of heroine (that means this isn't the first) and arrested for breaking and entering? I hope he rots in jail and is never allowed back in N. Reading. Hopefully he is kicked out of his house if he is back. It is people like this that are never going to get out of trouble. What is next violence?

He's not the problem, it's the failed war on drugs. Just make them legal, regulate it, tax it, and we wouldn't have a problem here.

Yes, he isn't a problem - just a heroin dealer and has broken into many houses on the same street he lives in. Rob - he is a problem...so are drugs and he is not responsible for that problem but he is a criminal. Legalize Heroin is the worst idea, have you met heroin addicts?

Gotta love north reading where the citizens names can be splashed around the web or print media when the allegedly violate the law but when a cop cant lock a door his name is withheld. SUPER
