North Reading Woman Arrested for OUI in Reading and Storm Related Calls

Arrests

At 1:20 p.m. Monday, Kathryn B. Dinneen, 64, of 4 Wedge St. North Reading was arrested on charges of operating under the influence on Haverhill Street.

Friday, Oct. 26

  • At 12:20 p.m., a caller reported that her purse was stolen on Main Street.
  • At 2:30 p.m., a caller reported a car accident on Woburn Street. No injuries were reported.
  • At 7:12 p.m., a caller reported that her car was hit while parked on Ash Street. 
  • At 8:02 p.m., a caller reported two youths fighting on Oakland Road. 

Saturday, Oct. 27

  • At 3:12 a.m., a caller reported a car accident on West Street. The injuries were unknown.
  • At 6:37 a.m., a caller reported that a female driver struck a pump at Cumberland Farms and drove away. 
  • At 12:31 p.m., a caller reported a car accident on Walkers Brook Drive. No injuries were reported.
  • At 12:57 p.m., a caller reported that a rock thrown through her car window.
  • At 7:09 p.m., a Main Street resident reported medication was stolen from her home while she was out.

Sunday, Oct. 28

  • At 12:19 p.m., a caller reported a car accident on Walkers Brook Drive. No injuries were reported.
  • At 12:43 p.m., a caller reported a car accident on Walkers Brook Drive. No injuries were reported.
  • At 2:05 p.m., a caller reported a car accident on Prospect Street. No injuries were reported.
  • At 2:56 p.m., an Edgemont Street resident reported that two cars in front of his residence were hit overnight.

Monday, Oct. 29

  • At 9:57 a.m., a caller reported a syringe found on Walkers Brook Drive. Police disposed of the needle.
  • At 1:21 p.m., a caller reported a tree limb sitting on a branch on Fairchild Drive.
  • At 1:35 p.m., a caller reported a telephone pole at a 40 degree angle on Pine Ridge Road.
  • At 2:18 p.m., a caller reported tree limbs on the sidewalk on Lowell Street.
  • At 2:31 p.m., an Ash Street resident reported a tree limb had fallen on his garage.
  • At 2:42 p.m., a caller reported a tree down on Lewis Street. Calls were also taken for trees down on Richards Road, South Street, Salem Street, Virginia Road, Short Street, Lewis Street, Howard Street, Pearl Street, Center Avenue, Lakeview Avenue, Woburn Street, Main Street, John Street, Glen Road, Winthrop Avenue, West Street, Forest Glen Road, Hanscom Avenue and Fairview Avenue.
  • At 2:03 p.m., an officer reported that a tree limb fell on a detective car.
  • At 2:08 p.m., a caller reported that the top half of a telephone pole had broken off on Tamarack Road.
  • At 3:30 p.m., a caller reported the Starbucks window was broken due to the storm. It had a large crack, but was intact.
  • At 3:44 p.m., a caller reported flooding on King Street.
  • At 4:38 p.m., a caller reported low hanging wires on Charles Street and Hopkins Street.
  • At 4:42 p.m., a caller reported a tree on a vehicle on Echo Avenue.
  • At 4:46 p.m., a caller reported that a pole was broken on Plymouth Road.
  • At 5:13 p.m., a caller reported a low wire on Washington Street. 
  • At 6:24 p.m., a caller reported that a tree fell onto a house on Belmont Street.
  • At 6:55 p.m., a caller reported that a tree hit a fence, pool, hot tub and car on Auburn Street.
  • At 8:16 p.m., a caller reported a utility pole down on Sanborn Lane.
  • At 8:59 p.m., a caller reported a transformer fire on Bay State Road.
  • At 9:15 p.m., a caller reported that Main Street was severely flooded.
  • At 9:16 p.m., a caller reported that a tree fell on a house on Pearl Street.
  • At 9:19 p.m., a caller reported that Haverhill Street was flooded.
