Police Arrest Woman Found Attempting to Gain Access to Home

The following information was compiled based on reports from the Reading Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Arrest

On Saturday, Jan. 4, at 12:18 a.m. officers found a woman attempting to access a Mineral Street home.

Deanna Beaucher, 26, of 2 Brentwood Circle, Andover, was arrested on three outstanding warrant charges.

Saturday, January 4

  • At 12:52 a.m. Wilmington Police reported an erratic operator on Johnson Woods Drive.
  • At 10:49 a.m. on Curtis Street, a blow dryer was overheating and smoking.
  • At 11:25 a.m. a man collapsed on the floor at Home Depot.
  • At 12:04 p.m. wires were on fire outside an Avalon Road property.
  • At 3:03 p.m. a woman was caught shoplifting at Stop & Shop.

Sunday, January 5

  • At 1:12 a.m. a small red sedan was driving erratically in the Briarwood Condos lot, doing donuts.
  • At 9;13 a.m. a frozen water main was reported on Kind Street.
  • At 4:07 p.m. a sinkhole was reportedly forming in the street before the railroad tracks on Ash Street.
